Master Philippe SELOSSE

Philippe Selosse was sworn in at the Lille Bar in 2019.

He holds a master’s degree in business and contract law and a doctorate in private law from the University of Lille, obtained in 2017. He gained his initial experience in the corporate world, notably at Nocibé France Distribution, where he headed up the business law department. He then strengthened his expertise in business litigation at several nationally renowned law firms and developed skills in commercial contract law, corporate law, restrictive competition practices, and contract litigation.
As a partner at Triplet, he mainly handles civil and commercial litigation, particularly in civil liability and insurance law, real estate law, property law, and disputes between partners or business associates.

Mr. Selosse assists his clients—companies and executives—in the strategic management of their disputes, with a rigorous approach to legal and economic issues.
