Emmanuel Dubois was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995.

He holds master's degrees in private law, with a specialization in business law, and in public law, and also obtained a postgraduate degree in public finance and taxation from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas.

He is also a graduate of ESCP Europe and is the firm's managing partner.

He is involved in the field of corporate law, in the acquisition and transfer of control, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other private equity transactions, for developing companies, private equity funds or French and foreign investors.

He also holds the specialization "Tax Law" of the Paris Bar and assists and advises his clients in the fields of French and international taxation for all types of taxes and intervenes in customs law.

He is also a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF) and the Tax Commission of the Paris Bar Association.
